​ABOUT THE APP

  • What is the W Café (Previously known as Work@holic) App?

    • It is an on-demand food and beverage ordering platform made convenient for you. Customers who order from the app gets better value and enjoy special great offers. Deals and new offer appear regularly, so do check it out to see what’s new. 

  • Is this an entire new App?

    • No. This is an update on the current W Café App.

    • For existing member, the app will be automatically updated depending on your phone setting. If not, all you need to do is update your existing App through Play Store or the Apple App Store.

  • I am new, how do I search and install the new App?

    • Search for “W Café” in your Play Store or the Apple App Store. Alternatively, just click here.

  • Can I still use the W Café App if I do not update?

    • No. You would need to update your W Café App to continue with redemption. Fret not, your existing Cups will be migrated to the new app.

  • What happens to my existing Cups in the existing App?

    • Your Cup(s) will be converted from Cup(s) to credit. 1 Cup = 5 Credit

      • E.g. If you have 3 Cups left in your W Café App on 2 Sep 2020, you would have 3 x 5 = 15 credits on 5 Oct 2020

  • How long can i redeem my app for 5 Credit?

    • You can redeem any handcrafted beverage for 5.0 credit in-store from 05 Oct 2020 up to 27 Nov 2020

TRANSITIONING TO THE NEW APP

  • When is the new W Café App launched?

    • 5th Oct 2020 (Monday)

  • What is the special launch promotion for members?

    • All Drinks are redeemable at only 5 credits. It is from 5th Oct 2020 to 27th Nov 2020

  1. User set up and login

  • I just updated the App, how do I login?

    • Click Login > Fill your contact number > Click “Next” > Fill in the OTP that you receive from your SMS

  • What could I do if i didn’t receive my 6 digits verification OTP?

    • Try using another number (or just borrow your friend’s) to see if it’s the problem of your phone receiving the short code

    • The verification code is delivered via SMS using shortcode. There is a good chance that your Telco have blocked you from receiving shortcode. You can contact your Telco to verify this 

    • If all else fails, feel free to bring this up to our outlet manager, they will help escalate the matter. We will definitely try our best to sort it out for you.

CUSTOMISING THE APP

  • Why am I asked to Select my favourite W Café outlet?

    • Your redemption will be routed to this outlet for your convenience. It therefore makes sense for you to select the outlet that you frequent the most

  • Can I change my favourite W Café outlet?

    • Yes you can. Just click on the “My Account” button located on the top right corner of the home page & select “Favourite outlet”

  • What else can I change in “My Account”?

    • Your email address, phone number tagged to your account, history of order and top up, previous notifications. All your private data will comply to the Personal Data Protection Act

  • What should I do when I change my mobile number?

    • Just click on the “My Account” button located on the top right corner of the home page & select “Phone number” & "Modify". Please note that you need to do this before changing phone number as logging into your account requires OTP via the phone number

RELOAD & CONVERSION

  • How do I reload my account?

    • You can reload your account within the App by clicking on the “My Credits” or the “Top up” button during transactions

    • You can reload through your credit card or at any W Café Outlets 

  • What are the denominations available for the Credits Top Up?

    • 100, 200 & 250 credits are available via the W Café App

    • 50, 100, 200 & 250 credits are available via the W Café (Work@holic) Outlets

 

MAKING AN ORDER

  • How do I add products to “Favourites” so that I can order them easily?

    • Click on the product you would like to add & click “Proceed”. 

    • In the “Order Tray”, click the “heart” icon appearing next to the name of the product you would like to place into “Favourites”. You can simply undo by unclicking the “heart” icon

  • I have selected the wrong outlet when I placed my order, what should I do?

    • Please inform the outlet manager as soon as possible, we will do our best to halt the production on the other outlets

  • I would like to provide feedback on the product I order, how do i proceed?

    • Simply go to your “Order & Top Up History” under your “My Account” before clicking on “Detail” of the specific order

    • Click on “Help” before completing the details. We will revert the soonest. Typically less than 24 hours

  • How do I know if my Order is ready?

    • In this new app, you will get a notification when your product is ready. If you are not getting the notification, please check the notification setting in your phone
