01. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) Employee shall carry out each and every one of the functions of his/her position as well as, if necessary, any others related thereto and shall perform his/her duties with efficiency, diligence, care and conscientiousness.
(b) Employee shall devote his/her best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and all of its activities.
(c) The Company reserves the right to modify, at any time, at its sole discretion, the position being contracted with Employee, it being agreed between the parties that in the event of the occurrence of the above, that the salary shall continue in accordance with the terms specified in your offer letter and shall remain independent from any change in the position.
