Employee’s annual leave entitlement shall be as follows:-
(a) Completion of 12 months but less than 2 years : 8 days
(b) Completion of 2 years but less than 5 years : 12 days
(c) Completion of 5 years and above : 16 days

All annual leaves shall be taken within the same year and only a maximum of 5 days is allowed to be carried forward with the approval from the Managing Director. Any excess in the permitted number of days not utilized within the year concerned shall be forfeited. All leaves are to be taken at the appropriate time with prior approval from the Managing Director.
