07. OTHER LEAVES

• Maternity Leave - Every female Employee is entitled to not 60 consecutive days of paid maternity leave if the Employee has worked at least 90 days within the 4 months leading up to the Employee’s confinement period.
• Compassionate Leave – Employee is entitled to 3 (Three) Days of Paid Leave for the death of spouse, child, parent, parent-in-law, grand-parent, grand-parent-in-law, brother or sister. A copy of the Death Certificate is required to be submitted via the Leave Application Form
• Marriage Leave – Employee is entitled to 2 (Two) Days of Paid Leave for the First Marriage of the Employee. A copy of the Marriage Certificate is required to be submitted via the Leave Application Form
• Paternity Leave – Employee is entitled to 2 (Two) Days of Paid Leave for the birth of a child from a legally married wife. A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate is required to be submitted via the Leave Application Form
• Unpaid Leave – Employee may apply for unpaid leave subjected to the approval from the direct supervisor using the Leave Application Form 14 days before the Unpaid Leave
If any Saturday or Sunday or Gazetted Public Holiday is included within the period of leave, then such days shall be reckoned as leave for purpose of this/her clause except for employee’s marriage leave.
