12. GENERAL

(i) Scope of Coverage
These Rules cover all employees. Probationers will not normally be entitled to the fringe benefits extended to confirmed employees other than outpatient medical attention.
(ii) Interpretation
(a) “ Company “ means the employer Company
(b) Words importing the masculine gender shall be deemed and taken to include the feminine gender and singular to include the plural.
(iii) Amendments
These Rules may be amended as and when the Company thinks fit and employees will be notified of these changes.
