13. OVERTIME

Employee drawing a basic salary below RM2,000 shall be entitled to leave in lieu of the additional hours performed or if an Employee is required to work during Public Holiday, the Company may grant the employee any other day as a paid public holiday in substitution for any of the public holidays worked on.

Work Life Balance is an important cultural practice of the Company and Employee cannot work beyond the authorized working hours except with written approval by the Managing Director.
