19. PROTECTING COMPANY’S ASSETS

Protecting the Company’s assets against loss, theft and misuse is very important. Every employee is responsible not only for protecting the Company’s assets and properties entrusted to him/her but also for helping protect the Company’s assets in general. Your attention to security procedures plays an important role as well as your alertness to situation or incidents that could lead to the loss, misuse or theft of Company’s property. You should report any such situation to the Managing Director as soon as possible.
